Download the Show!
The broadcast for the week of 03/18/07 is now ready for download. You can
download it here! Enjoy!!! I have decided not to charge for the future copies of my
show. All will be available free of charge for my listeners. Thanks to those who
support Contact Flap's Flap!
Show number one can be downloaded here. I remember this show. This is what I
like to refer to as the "default" show. There were no pre-recorded commercials, and
no special effects for the beginning. All live! I kept on going on and on about our
beloved flight sim - what a work out though for talking for a whole half hour straight!
Show number 3 can be downloaded here. This show had the Abacus Flight Deck 4
review, a Grand Canyon Flight Seeing tour, and was one of the better earlier shows.
Enjoy it!
Show number 4 was unfortunately cut short while recording at home. This show
will not be available for purchase or download. Sorry everyone! Show number 5 was
uploaded all ready, which included the Captain Sim 757 review. That show is now
available for purchase only.
Show number 6 can be downloaded here! This show featured the Abacus Publishing
Civil Air Patrol, and I remember this show, I wasn't feeling too well that week, but
as the saying goes, the show must go on! Sorry if I sound under the weather on that
one. I actually remember debating weather or not to go in to do the show, so that
shows you how sick I really must have been!
Show number 7 can be downloaded here. Show 7 was April Fools, one of my
favorite unofficial holidays. It should be made a recognizable one for all the practical
jokers to be able to unite, shouldn't it!
Show Number 8 can be downloaded here. This show had an announcement on my
new Blogging method, and also a review of Captain Sim's Space Shuttle orbiter
model. I also presented a challenge here to my listening audience to win a free copy
of any one of the above past broadcasts. Are you up for it???
Show Number 9 can be downloaded here. This Show had a few problems in the
beginning of the broadcast. The hosts of the prior show had a menu on the
computer I never saw before, and this must have been something a little left over
from Friday the 13th. Also, the head phone volume was down so low, that I
couldn't even tell if it was going over. Sorry about the confusion in the beginning,
but the second half went really smooth!
Show number 10 unfortunately won't be available for download. A mishap with
the record key happened by mistake at home, and cut into the Wilco Publishing's
review. Just to recap the review - visit my blog page on this subject!
Show number 11 can be downloaded here. Unfortunatly, I seem to be one number
off for my shows - don't know why, but disregard the file name. I have it as show
12. I'll be doing show 12 this coming Sunday as usual. This show has Wilco
Publishing's Citation X review as well as a flight from Manchester England to
Rome. Enjoy! Audio may be choppy, but I've finally taken care of that. Wait until
next week's download! Also has announcement regarding a new T-Shirt screen
shot contest.
Show number 12 can be downloaded here! Listen to the show that fooled other
on air staff with good ears that didn't know it was played from a CD. Now
recorded from home, and bought in and played over equipment, I can tweak with
the sounds and settings as much as I want to. Enjoy the new format!
Show number 13 can be downloaded here! This show has a review of Abacus
Publishing's EZ GPS and also has the first of a series of flights up the East Coast
of the US to Boston and then cross country, and down the West Coast until we
arrive at our destination, which was our departing airport! Also learn how to get
USA Roads to live again in FS X!
You can download Show 14 here. This show features the number one spot of
the 7 Wonders of Flight Simulation - I'm not going to ruin it for you here, listen to
find out who! Also, continued our journey up the East Coast. This weeks trip
took us to Atlanta. Next week, to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina!
You can download show 15 here. This show has a little bit of trivia at the end
of it regarding the prices of Gasoline and Jet Fuel - you might want to be sitting
down for this one when you hear how much it would cost to fill up our beloved
Citation X......
You can download show 16 Here. Show 16 might have gone off a little bit
when I got carried away on the local landmarks across the flight plan, but
otherwise, a good format.
Show 17 can be downloaded here. This show had the Mission Black Hawk
review from Abacus Publishing, and has a flight plan from Philadelphia to
Boston, before we head across the United States.
Show 19 can be downloaded here. Sorry about missing 18, but unfortunatly
something had happened with that one. I'll see if I can find it, and if I can,
upload it to the file library for the download shows.
Show 20 can be downloaded here. This show has the Ultimate Terrain X
review, and the It's Your Plane add-on review from FS Add-on publishers.
That is the BEST product I came across yet, so you might be interested in
checking this one out.
Show 21 can be downloaded here. I have started to discuss many of the
aspects of Flight Simulator X, the old stuff with Flight Simulator 2004, and
what would work, and what doesn't. This broadcast also offers audience
members to submit their findings to me as well. This page will thrive with your
submissions. A new Retro Page will appear on my site shortly when I find
things that do function.
Show 22 can be downloaded here. This program features review of the
Abacus Publishing's Fly The 787 Dreamliner title, and I thought that would be
one of the best aviation related topic especially with the release of the Boeing
787 this month, on 07/08/07. This show also goes back to the if it's free its for
me showcase, featuring history on the F117 stealth fighter, which has been
converted to work with FS X. n
Show 24 can be downloaded here. unfortunatly, show 23 was lost with my
hard drive rewrite. I do not have a copy available of that program. Sorry to
disappoint you all on that one! This show features our usual Aviation History
segments along with the regular "News around the net" spot.
Show 25 can be downloaded here. This show started our segmented review of
my Go-Flight Airliner configuration system. If you've ever had any questions
regarding Go-Flight, listen to these reviews! You won't have any more after
you hear them!
Show 26 can be downloaded here. Show 26 continues the segmented review,
and also offers a flight plan idea from KDEN to KSFO following a real world
United Airlines flight done in Microsoft's Default 737-800 repainted in the
United Livery. After all, you can't do a real world flight without the
accompanying livery, right?
Show 27 can be downloaded here. Show 27 discusses the Go-Flight Airliner
configuration segmented review, what works and what doesn't is also included
in the topics of discussion for our little program here on WNRI.
Show 29 can be downloaded here. Don't ask me why, but something had
happened to show 28. I'm not sure where that file went to. This show
features a product that I saw in Flightsim.com's forum on "streaming" Google
earth into FS X. Still haven't done it yet, but I'll keep you all posted.
Show 30 can be downloaded here. This show had aviation history on the
Cessna 172. How to get your old planes to really, yes really work in FS X. At
least the FS2004 ones anyway. I describe how to import the Dreamfleet 310
over, and this theory should work with other manufacturers as well. Thanks to
Dave for the tip on how to do that.
Show 31 can be downloaded here. This show has the Just Flight review of
the Flying Club X Aircraft.
Show 32 can be downloaded here. This show also continues on with the
Flying Club X Aircraft by Just Flight, which seem to be measuring up to a
great product line.
Show 33 can be downloaded here. Show 33's topics are aviation history on
the 737 as produced by Wilco Publishing. Also continues the Just Flight's
Flying Club X review.
